Study at any level: Beginner, Upper-Beginner, Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate.

Classes

The classes that I teach are small classes with 2 to 6 students. I travel to the homes of the students that I teach and tutor. There is one student that works at a golf course and another that works in a small coffee shop. I move about daily between 12 different districts and provinces within and around Ho Chi Minh City.

The classes range from Beginner to Intermediate. Most classes will focus primarily on vocabulary and pronunciation. My methodology is based upon Visual Aids and Speaking Drills. We read, write and practice Grammar. All of this takes place within 2 hours.

The more we know, the more we grow.

Studying English as a second language can be very challenging for the student that plans to study abroad outside of Vietnam.

I have observed that some of the public schools lack the resources and staff to teach the English skills necessary for achieving the high scores needed to enter colleges or universities, interna-tionally. Likewise, many students and their families are not able to afford the costs of ...

TESTIMONIAL

My experience with the students in Vietnam has been a tremendous growth in both culture and education. The students tend to actually become a part of me and I them. There have been many changes in our lives and we would often discuss how what we learn can impact the world around us. With this in mind, there are a couple of positive outcomes from the time that we would spend together in studying the English language.

The families of the students are very pleased at the outcome of the tutoring sessions and they continue to tell their friends and neighbors about me and how I approach the students individually and collectively. Many students have gone on to participate in early college/university application processes and a few are even applying for the IELTS and TOEFL exams so that they will be properly prepared for their higher learning experiences. I hope and pray that they will maintain their composure and be even more confident and strong in using their newfound language.
